| Vegitation Mapping of Aridland in Hotan, China |

The Aridland vegetation map was created using the OPVI algorithm which uses
NDVI and SAVI properly by making the ratio of band 4 and band 5 of ASTER
(SWIR) into a threshold.
For the desertification problem of living area in recent years, it will
contribute to accurately understanding of desert expansion and movement and
the effect of a desertification prevention policy such as proper irrigation
and afforestation.
